This cotton silk blend fabric has been dyed using shibori dyeing technique in hue of taupe on white base . Light and breezy, this blend is great for summer wear, dresses, shirts, blouses, kidswear as well as lightweight curtains or cushion covers. Made of 100% natural material, it is sustainable and hypoallergenic.

Wash all-natural fabrics by hand or by machine on a very gentle cold cycle, using ecological laundry products.

Please keep in mind that heat makes natural fabrics shrink a bit and that all fabrics get much softer after washing.

A nice smooth fabric in the right colour with a bit of lustre which I'll use for something, but not the textured "raw silk" tussah I was hoping for. It is more the weight of a cotton lawn.
