Help us develop a sustainable approach to textile production by PreOrdering from our platform your favorite design thereby minimizing waste and optimizing In-stock inventory. With our in-house production unit & 300+ weavers spread across multiple clusters; we are equipped to produce our textiles any time in line with a sustainable slow fashion process
What is your typical sampling process and timeline?
- Once we receive the PO/Online orders with confirmed specifications/details, we need 2-4 days to confirm the lead time
- While we want our products to exceed your expectations and strive to manufacture all of our textiles to a consistent specification, the nature of handwoven fabrics means that it can be sometime difficult to accurately replicate the color and handling qualities of a fabric from batch to batch and there can be slight variation. This is the beauty of handmade, artisan textiles.
- Usualy Lead time for textiles, fabric sampling quantity approximate 4-6 weeks. In the time of monsoon/festivals the lead time may increase by 1-2 weeks, because it’s impossible to control the nature and family & festivals are something our artisans really like to nurture!
- For additional services like fabric dyeing, hand / digital printing, it might take 1-2 weeks depending on the designs/quantities.
- For additional products like accessories, home furnishing products or apparels sampling, we’ll update you on the lead time within 2-4 days once we receive designs/detailed techpacks and the tentative quantities for productions.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) at the sampling stage?

What is the usual production process?
- Complete design specifications for fabrics / Detailed Techpacks for garments, Purchase order copy , or swatch reference original is must for us to proceed further
- To ensure the best possible results, we insist on dispatching swatches cuttings for approval. For any reference on our existing design, please order swatches for your hand feel and approval before confirmation. Courier charges and sampling charges for new designs need to be born by the buyer.
- If the order is being manufactured in a design or quantities specifically for you, unfortunately once production of that order has begun, we are unable to cancel it or refund your payment.
- For this reason, we require 50% advance on order confirmation and remaining 50% before shipment.
- We would be happy share first sample of the bulk production for your approval for remaining products. In case you feel that you re not satisfied with the final product due to substantial degradation quality, we would be happy to refund/exchange.

What is the MOQ at the productions stage?

Anuprerna sets a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 pieces per color/design for scarves/stoles/dupattas, with fabric requirements ranging from 25-100 meters based on fabric type. Garment designs require a minimum of 5 pieces per design, size, and color. For other products or inquiries, contact support@anuprerna.com to discuss your requirements.
What is the production timeline?

Minimum lead time* required for the production from the date of confirmation
*In case you want to source in partial batches of the complete ordered quantity, we can dispatch it in multiple shipments as and when the batches are completed for quick turnaround.
What is the Payment Terms you follow?
- We can proceed with initial sampling and share the sales order with you. Once approved we would need 100% payment on sampling cost before delivery. Transport or any other sales tax/custom duties need to be born by the buyer.
- Once the sample is approved, 50% advance to be paid before proceeding the production. Remaining 50% to be paid before shipment. After we receive the remittance the order will be dispatched to you.

Will my product be available for reordering in the future?
arrow_drop_downAll of our products will be available for reordering in the future most of the time, as we work with our weavers directly & regularly. In case a product goes out of stock, we can choose between two options 1. Find replacement We will find a replacement for you using our huge database of products 2. Reproduce via PreOrder The minimum order for reproduction will be 100+ meters/ 20+ Units depending on the product. Please check our Production T&C and PreOrder Policy section for further details
How much is the shipping fee and how is it calculated?
