This brown & cream tie-dye check fabric is handwoven in pure cotton, combining a classic grid with the softer tonal shifts of tie-dye. At 115 GSM it feels lightweight yet steady, with a breathable hand and easy drape suited to warm-weather tailoring. The resist-dyed surface gives the checks natural variation and depth, so the pattern feels crafted rather than mechanically uniform.
Use it for shirts, blouses, summer dresses, kurtas, co-ords, skirts, scarves, and kidswear, or pair it with solid cotton and denim for contrast panels. It stitches cleanly and softens with wear. Pre-wash before cutting; wash cold with mild detergent and dry in shade. Minor slubs and color shifts are natural signs.
Care Instructions
Washing:
-Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
-Wash inside-out (for garments) to protect prints. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or scrubbing.
Drying:
-Dry in shade only to prevent fading.
-Do not wring—gently squeeze excess water. Avoid tumble drying.
Ironing:
-Iron on the reverse side, on low–medium heat. Place a cotton cloth on top if prints are delicate.
Storage:
-Store folded in a cool, dry place. Keep away from prolonged sunlight to preserve colors.
